Health and Wellbeing

Health and wellbeing is at the core of our curriculum. It is embedded within our subjects, through learning and teaching and also throughout our school community. Pupils at Holyrood are provided with a positive learning environment which allows them to explore the importance of Health and wellbeing in their everyday lives. We aim to encourage learners to have a good knowledge and understanding of health and wellbeing, so that they aware of the importance of maintaining good mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing.  Holyrood maintains a positive ethos where all individuals who attend can thrive to become well rounded individuals. Our school produces so many enthusiastic and versatile pupils who work really hard to achieve their goals. As educators, we provide not only knowledge and understanding of our subjects but we teach manners, morals and values which will stand our pupils in good stead after school. We strive to create responsible, respectful and confident individuals who will positively contribute to our society during and after school. The aim of this newsletter is to highlight all of the ways that Holyrood delivers health and wellbeing throughout the curriculum and throughout our school community.
